My main mission was to ensure the good running of operations by closely monitoring all productivity indicators and implementing new processes to enhance productivity levels. Responsibilities: staff management (including recruitment and lay-off of plant operators), staff training, production planning, communication with sales team, employees performance appraisal, stock management, quality control and reporting to head-office.
