Industry: Tire distribution. Mission: Supervise and support the sales team in B to B and 4 tire center Supervisors in B to C. Official distributors for MICHELIN BFGOODRICH and GT RADIAL tires on all segments: passenger, 4x4, bike, truck, earth moving and retreaded tires. Responsibilities: I am in charge of determining the global commercial strategy, build prices, conduct major sale negotiations, assist the general manager during staff meetings, control and ensure achievement of turnover objectives, determine sales objectives (in volume and margin), follow-up on aged receivables and ensuring all time customers' satisfaction.
2006 - 2008Mission: in charge of all operations in a RECAMIC licensed retreading plant ( www.recamic.com ). My main mission was to ensure the good running of operations by closely monitoring all productivity indicators and implementing new processes to enhance productivity levels. Responsibilities: staff management (including recruitment and lay-off of plant operators), staff training, production planning, communication with sales team, employees performance appraisal, stock management, quality control and reporting to head-office.
